EVENING SOUND BATH
One of the most sensorial ways to tune into the present moment and achieve mindful calm is by experiencing an evening sound bath. A sound bath can be like an energetic deep-tissue massage that leaves you feeling balanced and replenished.
The Evening Sound Bath is about to slow down, to consciously synchronise with your mind, body, and soul without rushing anything.
The sounds I use during this group session will be softer and at a higher vibration. Higher vibrations reduce stress, and tension, give a positive aspect at the end of the day and lead to good and peaceful dreams.
Evening sound baths involve slow and gentle stretching to let go of tension and prepare the body for vibrations, as well as practicing various mindfulness techniques to prepare the mind for sounds.
During the Evening sound Bath, I use crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells, Koshi bells, and depending on the session other instruments.

GROUNDING SOUND BATH
Physical activity helps to de-stress, distract us from what is going on around us, helps us to focus on what is happening in our bodies, and helps to shed heavy emotions. We will go through various movement activity exercises or sometimes get carried away in the flow of intuitive movement.
In this session, we will focus on active movement to let go and prepare the body for meditation.
Grounded Sound Bath will activate the body to stimulate it to relax and calm down afterward with down-to-earth sounds.
